What you'll do
- Inspect leaks, fixtures, drainage, and other assigned plumbing issues.
- Complete authorized repairs or maintenance within the defined scope.
- Document findings, work completed, parts used, and unresolved conditions.
What we're looking for
- Relevant plumbing service or maintenance experience for assigned work.
- Ability to diagnose routine commercial plumbing issues and recognize escalation points.
- Professional communication and work-order documentation.
What success looks like
Plumbing issues are evaluated accurately, resolved within scope, and escalated appropriately.
