The role

Perform selected HVAC diagnostic, maintenance, and service work where Proton has an approved scope and qualified capability.

What you'll do

• Inspect reported HVAC issues and document observed conditions.
• Perform authorized maintenance or corrective work within the assigned scope.
• Record diagnostic findings, parts used, work completed, and follow-up requirements.

What we're looking for

• Relevant HVAC field experience appropriate to the work assigned.
• Ability to diagnose equipment methodically and document findings.
• Professional communication in commercial facilities.

What success looks like

HVAC work is diagnosed and completed within approved scope with clear documentation.
