What you'll do
- Review floor type, condition, access, and service instructions before beginning work.
- Perform assigned carpet extraction, machine scrubbing, tile/grout work, or resilient-floor maintenance.
- Prepare work areas and use appropriate signage or controls.
What we're looking for
- Experience with commercial floor-care processes is preferred for specialized work.
- Ability to identify when a surface requires escalation before service.
- Attention to equipment use, chemical instructions, and site protection.
What success looks like
Floors are serviced using the correct approved process with appropriate site protection and clean closeout.
