POSITION PURPOSE

Position summary

Manages recruiting fulfillment, staffing coordinators, worker coverage, customer service, operational controls, and branch performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

  • Manages recruiting fulfillment, staffing coordinators, worker coverage, customer service, operational controls, and branch performance.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, employee, assignment, time, customer, and communication records in the appropriate systems.
  • Apply consistent screening and service processes without making promises outside approved employment or customer terms.
  • Follow documented Proton procedures, customer requirements, safety expectations, and escalation paths for the assigned work.
  • Maintain accurate records, status updates, and supporting documentation so work can be verified, billed, audited, or handed off correctly.
  • Communicate delays, risks, defects, customer concerns, or scope changes early instead of allowing unresolved issues to sit.
  • Protect customer information, company assets, and confidential business information encountered during the work.
  • Participate in training, process improvement, and performance reviews tied to the role’s service and operating standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent directly relevant experience may be considered.
  • 4+ years of directly relevant experience, including demonstrated responsibility for people, accounts, projects, or operations appropriate to the position.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with coworkers, customers, providers, or candidates as the role requires.
  • Comfort using computers, email, shared documents, and company systems; role-specific software training may be provided.
  • Ability to follow documented processes, protect confidential information, and reliably complete assigned work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications

  • Staffing, recruiting, HR, customer-service, or high-volume workforce experience
  • ATS/HRIS/job-board experience
  • Experience supporting hourly, light-industrial, skilled-trade, or multi-site workforces

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work environment & requirements

  • Work arrangement: Jacksonville-based; office, customer-site, and hybrid work depending on assignment
  • Schedule: Business hours; on-site staffing and coverage roles may require early, late, weekend, or shift-based support
  • Travel: Local customer-site travel may be required
  • Physical requirements: Frequent computer/phone work; on-site roles require walking customer facilities and interacting with employees across shifts
  • Tools and systems: ATS, HRIS, job boards, CRM, email, phone, spreadsheets, timekeeping and onboarding systems
