RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities
- Executes digital campaigns, paid/organic channels, landing pages, analytics, lead generation, and conversion improvement.
- Use approved Proton brand standards, service claims, customer permissions, and review processes before publishing materials.
- Measure outcomes and maintain source files, campaign records, links, assets, and performance data.
- Follow documented Proton procedures, customer requirements, safety expectations, and escalation paths for the assigned work.
- Maintain accurate records, status updates, and supporting documentation so work can be verified, billed, audited, or handed off correctly.
- Communicate delays, risks, defects, customer concerns, or scope changes early instead of allowing unresolved issues to sit.
- Protect customer information, company assets, and confidential business information encountered during the work.
- Participate in training, process improvement, and performance reviews tied to the role’s service and operating standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field preferred; relevant portfolio and directly applicable experience may substitute where appropriate.
- 1–3+ years of directly relevant experience in the functional area or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with coworkers, customers, providers, or candidates as the role requires.
- Comfort using computers, email, shared documents, and company systems; role-specific software training may be provided.
- Ability to follow documented processes, protect confidential information, and reliably complete assigned work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications
- B2B services, local business, industrial, facilities, staffing, or professional-services marketing experience
- Portfolio or measurable campaign results appropriate to the role
- Experience connecting marketing activity to CRM leads and revenue outcomes
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work environment & requirements
- Work arrangement: Jacksonville-based; office or hybrid with customer/project site work as needed
- Schedule: Standard business hours with campaign, event, photo/video, or launch work occasionally outside normal hours
- Travel: Occasional local travel for content, events, customer stories, or vendor coordination
- Physical requirements: Primarily computer/creative work; event/content assignments may require carrying light equipment and extended standing
- Tools and systems: Adobe/Canva or equivalent creative tools, CMS, analytics, CRM, email marketing, social platforms, spreadsheets, and project tools
