RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handles higher-complexity recurring operational processes, documentation, issue resolution, and customer support.
- Define owners, due dates, dependencies, decisions, and acceptance criteria so recurring work and projects remain controlled.
- Use data and documented process evidence to recommend improvements rather than relying only on assumptions.
- Follow documented Proton procedures, customer requirements, safety expectations, and escalation paths for the assigned work.
- Maintain accurate records, status updates, and supporting documentation so work can be verified, billed, audited, or handed off correctly.
- Communicate delays, risks, defects, customer concerns, or scope changes early instead of allowing unresolved issues to sit.
- Protect customer information, company assets, and confidential business information encountered during the work.
- Participate in training, process improvement, and performance reviews tied to the role’s service and operating standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, supply chain, information systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 1–3+ years of directly relevant experience in the functional area or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with coworkers, customers, providers, or candidates as the role requires.
- Comfort using computers, email, shared documents, and company systems; role-specific software training may be provided.
- Ability to follow documented processes, protect confidential information, and reliably complete assigned work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications
- Business operations, project, consulting, process-improvement, or managed-services experience
- Project-management, Lean/Six Sigma, business-analysis, or related training
- Strong spreadsheet, reporting, process-mapping, and stakeholder-management capability
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work environment & requirements
- Work arrangement: Jacksonville-based; office, hybrid, and customer-site work depending on engagement
- Schedule: Standard business hours with project deadlines and occasional customer-site meetings outside normal hours
- Travel: Local customer travel may be required; broader travel only when an engagement specifically requires it
- Physical requirements: Primarily computer, meeting, documentation, and customer-site observation work
- Tools and systems: Project/task tools, spreadsheets, process mapping, reporting platforms, CRM, collaboration tools, and customer systems as authorized
